Do you ever wonder how people lose hundreds of pounds of body fat in just a few months?-- Well they don't, that is the short answer, however, the reason the testimonials look so convincing is usually doctored photos or graphic manipulation. I myself lost 100 lbs of body fat in 10 months and that almost seems impossible but let's break down the weekly fat loss.

10 months is roughly 44 weeks. That roughly equals 2.27 lbs of body fat per week.

According to most health experts, 2.5 lbs of body fat is probably the maximum a person can safely lose body fat when participating in a nutritional program. I was right on track, wasn't I?
