This "Seven FootSteps to Physical Mastery" course guides each student through a step-by-step, comprehensive planning process and provides the necessary hands-on labs to create action in their personal and professional lives. After attending, you will have learned a series of simple and effective strategies for changing any challenge you face with the least amount of effort.
